chapter 4: limit-setting disorder: 呵呵， 这一章最容易， 因为实际上就是父母要set limit, 要坚持， decided on reasonable limits, children do well with structure and limits, and they will feel less anxious when they know what is expected. If your child is old enough to understand, talk to her druing the day about what the changes/limits are. It will helpful if your child knows in advance what the limits on her behavior are. Do not try to make too many rules at once. Make sure your child is looking at you and you have her attention when you tell him the rule/change/limit.
chapter 5: circadian rhythm sleep disorders(delayed and advanced sleep phase syndrome):
biological clock: Each day, we adjust or biological clock so that our bodies and rhythms do not drift out of phase with a 24-hour day by using cues from the environment. The strongest cue to our clock is light. Sunlight, especially in the morning, acts like an alarm to our internal clock. Taking away light at night is the cur that it is time to do to sleep. If you exposed to light at the right time (in the morning), this helps to set your clock properly. 重新设置biological clock, 先把早晨的时间移动30分钟， 然后是晚上的时间， 因为娃会觉得困了， 早起了不是吗？ 早上一定要立即暴露在太阳下， 或者说日光里。 晚上睡觉的屋子要黑。 Use the bedroom only for sleeping: no TV, no music, on computer; 可能需要6个星期才能完整的调节过来。 还有一个很重要的， 锻炼， 最好在早上或者早下午。
